It had peaceful and decent location, short walk to two main train stations in Interlaken and the Supermarket and main train station. The breakfast was sensational and available with ham, yoghurt plus boiled eggs, the staff were competent and especially helpful.

The staff was well-organized and especially helpful. the family suite had a nice balcony to soak in the surroundings. - the breakfast catered well for vegetarians. - the hotel is in a quiet location close to the train station, making it easy to get anywhere. - It's really close to the beautiful Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Wengen, and the center where tourist information is located.

There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was healthy! The location was great and stunning for Interlaken, next to other shops as well as main train station.

The location is relatively far (especially for old folks) from the main city and train stations. Also, it appears to be a old folks home and some people may not like it when on holiday.

Location: the property was really close to the Supermarket and main train station, the towncenter, and the Casino and major hotels. It was not too far away from Asllani's Corner, serving fast food. The classic double room had a very good view and included tea and coffee amenities. the staff was knowledgeable and respectful. - the hotel is located in a calm area with excellent surroundings. - Conveniently, there is a bus station right in front of the hotel.

The staff at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and excellent. the hotel's location in Bern station was great. - It was easy to reach Des Alpes from the hotel, and we had lunch/dinner there.

Got a Wheelchair Accessible room with a great balcony and separate beds, just as I expected. the setting was fantastic, so close to the Casino and major hotels, Interlaken, and the city center where all the shopping happens.
